Terms of Service — DataMintify

DataMintify is a trading name of Opticfolio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12229899). By installing and using the DataMintify Shopify app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

DataMintify provides automated food product data enrichment for Shopify merchants, including barcode-based nutrition data lookup, allergen detection, AI-generated product descriptions, and related features as described on our website.

2. Billing and Payments

Billing is handled through Shopify's built-in usage-based billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Each plan includes a monthly enrichment quota. Additional enrichments are charged per-use. You are only charged for successful enrichments.

3. Data and Privacy

DataMintify stores your Shopify product data, enrichment results, and billing history. All data is isolated per store. Upon uninstalling the app, all your store's data is permanently deleted. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DataMintify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to process products that violate applicable laws, or to manipulate product information in a misleading way.
